Welcome to dreSSShoescode. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”).
By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
dreSSShoescode is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our handmade products to you.
1. OUR PRODUCTS
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 4–6 business days for production before shipping.
We strive to represent each product accurately; however, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to natural materials and device screen settings.
We may update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Quantities may be limited at our discretion.
2. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product under these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order.
Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started or the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. PRICES, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Prices are shown in EUR/USD and may change without prior notice.
🇪🇺 **EU customers:** VAT and shipping are included in the price.
🇺🇸 **USA customers:** Duties, taxes, and shipping are included (DDP USA).
🌍 **Other countries:** Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing time: 4–6 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
– Europe: 5–7 business days
– USA: 7–10 business days
– Canada: 7–12 business days
– Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for countries outside the USA and EU.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Once a parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit passes to the customer.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
Exceptions: made-to-order or personalized items, final sale items, gift cards, and personal-use goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
Please contact us before sending any return — we will provide detailed instructions and the correct return address.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, designs, text, graphics, photos, and media are the property of dreSSShoescode or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to distribute harmful code, or to abuse or harass others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dreSSShoescode and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from your use of our Services or products.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union.
Any disputes will be handled under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
