RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  
If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to send it back to the customer at their expense.

To request a return, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request through our returns portal.

We will review your request and provide detailed instructions and the correct return address depending on your location.


This helps to avoid unnecessary customs duties, delays, or return complications.  
Returns sent without prior contact or incorrect documentation may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:  
– made-to-measure, custom or personalized items  
– final sale items  
– gift cards  
– personal care items (if applicable)

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS  
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  
For international returns (outside the EU), all customs/import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.  
In case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

REFUNDS  
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
