📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Each piece is carefully handmade to order in our atelier.
Please read below how shipping works for different destinations.

✨ PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order. Please allow 4–6 business days for production before shipment.

🇺🇸 UNITED STATES (USA)
Shipping, import duties and taxes are INCLUDED in the price (DDP service).
You will not be charged anything extra on delivery.

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION
VAT and shipping are INCLUDED in the price.
Orders are shipped from the EU, so no extra customs fees are due on delivery.

🌍 REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping is available worldwide.
The shipping cost for countries outside the USA and the EU is calculated at checkout and depends on the destination and weight of the order.
Local customs charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 DELIVERY TIMES (after dispatch)
– USA: 7–10 business days  
– Europe: 5–7 business days  
– Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Please note: production time is additional to the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
